Who Are We?

We are the Fosters.

This project was founded by Marcie Foster. William C. Foster (WCF) was her husband’s grandfather. Marcie is supported in the project by her nieces, Eliza Foster and Chloe Foster, who are WCF’s great-grandchildren.

We came together (virtually) in the middle of a pandemic to inspire, educate, and document an important time in history through telling the story of our relative, William C. Foster, whom we fondly call Ohmpa.
